Encounters with Arthur Honegger

This clip describes the cooperation between Arthur Honegger, Ida Rubenstein, Paul Sacher and Ina Lohr on Jeanne d'Arc sur au bouché for the premiere on 12 May 1938 in Basel, with further performances in Basel on 11 May 1939 and in Zurich under auspices of the Swiss "Landesausstellung" on 12 May 1939. Further Ina Lohr speaks of the friendship that continued to the composer's death that came out this joint project.
