The aims of the project are (1) to understand the diseased and healthy status of the human body, taking atherosclerosis as an example; (2) to create an atherosclerosis sculpture; (3) to brand the products based on two recipes originated from Asia; (4) to improve the existing home-made recipes to become European nowadays products for treating German-speaking (DE, CH) atherosclerosis patients; and (5) to design the bottle and package. The brand names KICE and sKICE are designed after its ingredients: (black) Garlic, Ginger, Citron, apple vinegar Swiss made.
