There is a sumptuous buffet in the cascade condenser, with bread, cheese, salads, various fruits, but also vegetarian dog biscuits, dried corn kernels, etc., almost all organic. I'm standing behind the buffet cutting cheese and bread and filling a plate with goodies for the sow. Then we go to the first floor of the Warteck building, where Porgy, the sow or boar, eats the food with relish. Porgy is put on a lead for a walk to the Wettstein Bridge. Outside, icy cold and snow flurries await us.
